• Reservations confirmation only after sending document proving 100€ deposit. The amount will be deducted from the final bill after bungalow inventory. For receipt of reservation, please send the Full Name, date of birth and ID document number, you must also provide the name of the holder of the transfer, when this is not the person in charge of the reservation.
• A- In case of cancellation within 60 days of date of entry, will be refunded half the amount paid has reservation. Within less than 60 days before the date, amount paid is not refundable.
• Deposit has to be paid by *check or bank transfer to CAIXA AGRÍCOLA
• * checks that are not Portuguese, the bank charges will be borne by the customer upon arrival. (10€)

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Rental of bungalows includes:  hot and cold water, electricity, refrigerator, parking for one car and the use of our swimming pool. The accommodation is equipped with linen, towel, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, two ring electric cooker, microwave, air conditioned, satellite T.V., soap, toilet paper, cleaning accessories.
• The customer is responsible for the good preservation of the accommodation, and will be charged for any damaged or missing equipment.
• For rentals above 7 days, linen will be changed once a week.
• Check in is from 5pm until 9pm. After 9pm, and without any justification, check in will be from 8am the following day, however, the previous day will still be charged.
• Check out is until 10am. Reception must be informed 1 hour before, to proceed with the inventory. If check out time is not respected, an extra day will be charged.
• Pets are allowed.
• During the months of July and August rentals are a minimum of 7 nights.
• Car/Motorbike circulation inside the campsite is only allowed between 8am and 12pm, after this time vehicles should be parked in our outside parking area.
• Reception is open from 8h00 to 20h30 (summer time) and 8h00 to 19h00 (winter time)
• Monthly rentals will be paid on the 2^nd day of the following month of registration.

We have just have got home today after holidaying for a week in one of the bungalows. The bungalow was extremely clean and had all the facilities needed for a comfortable week. There is a lovely pool and the toilet facilities were spotless.read more Helen - St Neots, United Kingdom
